BY ORDERING A DVD/DIGITAL COPY YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS DVD/Digital Copy sale means lease for the life of the DVD/Digital Copy. All sales are made with the condition that use of the DVD/Digital Copy are restricted respectively to either individuals for private home video use only, or to institutions, colleges and universities for campus and educational use only. All DVDs/Digital Copies cannot be rented out, loaned for a fee, copied in any way, shown to the public*, or broadcast on television, cable, or closed circuit, or on the internet -- without the express written permission of Jane-Finch.com. Purchasing colleges, universities and schools may show the DVD/Digital Copy on campus only via closed circuit broadcast. All sales are final. Prices subject to change. *Public and school libraries are permitted to advertise and screen DVDs/tapes for the public when there is no admission fee, donation requested from viewers or fees paid to any participant or speaker. |
